Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel the red prawns and grind the chilli pepper, parsley and two cloves of garlic. Leave everything ready to go into the frying pan.

  2. Bring some water to the boil and add two soup spoons of oil and one of salt.

When the water boils, add the tagliatelle.

  3. Fry the peeled prawns in a frying pan with oil along with the sweet paprika, crushed garlic and crushed chilli pepper. Add a little salt and stir continually.

  4. When the garlic is golden and the prawns are pink, remove from the heat.

  5. FINISHING THE DISH:
Once the tagliatelle is cooked (al dente), drain and, when still hot, add to the frying pan with the prawns. Add the finely chopped parsley and stir while at a high heat until all the ingredients are mixed well.

  6. Finally, serve in a large bowl with a few drops of oil and a little chopped parsley.  Bon appétit!
