Once again, we present to you a delicious canapé with our star ingredient. This is a hugely helpful bite at any party and it is, above all, very simple to prepare.

You were also able to try this canapé at our stand at Fruit Attraction 2015.

We hope you like it! :)

Ingredients

Method

  1. Place the cloves of garlic in a pan and cover in oil. Cook at a low heat until tender.

Then drain and mash with a fork until creamy.

  2. Working with a spoon, stir the cream cheese a little and spread the whole tramezzini well with the cream cheese and cream of garlic (from step 1).

  3. Crush the 2 raspberries with a spoon until they turn into powder. Chop the raw almonds into fine strips.

  4. Sprinkle the tramezzini with the crushed raspberries and sliced almonds.

  5. Cut the tramezzini into long rectangles and, on each one at each end, place a dot of cream of sweetened white garlic and serve.

  6. FINISHING THE DISH:
Place the canapés of sweetened cream of garlic in the middle of a tray in a straight line.

CHEF'S TIPS:
- The oil used to sweeten the garlic can be used to make other dishes, such as fish, stir-fries…
- Instead of rectangles, you can cut the tramezzini into different shapes and forms with cutters.
- In order to be able to cut with a knife, once the cheese has been spread, it can be left in the fridge for 5 minutes.
