Recipe Garlic Toast with Salmon and Avocado

Here's a really simple recipe for people who enjoy a good, savoury breakfast.

Method
Slice the cloves of garlic and sauté at a medium heat. When they start to turn golden, remove from the oil and set aside.
Using the same oil, soak the slices of bread and brown on both sides using a low heat.
Leave to cool and place 3 teaspoons of guacamole on each (you can also cut an avocado in half and use a teaspoon to remove its flesh to be spread on the bread).
Add 2 or 3 pieces of smoked salmon and a few leaves of rocket and lettuce.
Finish with a drizzle of oil and chopped spring onion.
FINISHING THE DISH:
Place 2 slices of toast per person on a flat plate and, on the toast, place the golden garlic slices you set aside previously.
CHEF'S TIPS:
- This dish can be accompanied by sour cream with a little grated lime zest.
- These slices of toast are a good source of energy and a great way to start the day.
- Any variety of garlic can be used to give it that Mediterranean touch.
