Recipe Wagyu Beef Burger with Cream Cheese and Purple Garlic
Good morning!
Today, we have a version of the hamburger with a delicious sauce, all of which is incredibly easy to prepare.
We can't wait to see your attempts at these burgers. Ready. Steady. Cook! ;)
Method
Sweeten the 2 cloves of garlic at a low heat until tender. Set aside.
Place the breadcrumbs with the milk in a bowl and leave to soak.
Drain and mix the breadcrumbs with the egg yolk, Lea & Perrins sauce, salt, Tabasco, pepper and 1 sweetened clove of garlic (which should be mashed into a purée with a fork).
Add the meat to the mixture and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Make balls of meat of 200 g and squash until they resemble the form of a burger. Set aside.
Grate the cheese and place in a saucepan along with the cream and the remaining sweetened clove of garlic (which should be mashed well with a fork).
Leave on a medium heat until the mixture's texture begins to resemble that of a sauce. Be careful the mixture does not stick to the pan and pick up a burnt flavour.
Strain using a sieve and spoon, then set aside.
Open the bread buns and toast in a frying pan at a medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
FINISHING THE DISH:
Place the beef burger on the bread bun base and cover generously with the Idiazabal cheese and purple garlic sauce. Then place the bread bun lid on top.
CHEF'S TIPS:
- This is an extremely flavoursome burger due to the type of meat, cheese and Big Garlic purple garlic used.
- It can be complemented with different ingredients of your choice.
