A variety of studies (at Washington State University, Jiangsu Provincial Center for the Control and Prevention of Diseases in China, etc.) are investigating the benefits of eating raw garlic and it has been proven that ingesting at least a couple of cloves of raw garlic a day can reduce your chance of contracting lung cancer by almost 50%.

But the benefits of garlic don’t stop there.
