Today all women, regardless of ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences, come together to celebrate their day. This commemoration is held 90 years, where struggling for equality, development and against gender-based violence.
This year the theme will be "Women in a changing workplace: toward a 50-50 planet in 2030". Just 50% of women of working age are represented in the active population, compared to 76% of men. So, intends to change this data in the face of the next few years, to ensure that the workplace benefits to all women.
